1. Purpose

These Terms of Use define the conditions governing the use of the Pedlpro application.

2. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Pedlpro Garmin Connect IQ application.

3. Intended Use

Pedlpro is designed to support the development of indoor cycling pedalling technique. The application is intended solely for its documented purpose and should be used in accordance with the accompanying documentation.

4. Intellectual Property

Pedlpro, the Pedalling Quality (PQ) methodology, the Coach functionality, the software, graphical elements, and all related intellectual property and know-how are owned exclusively by Innoscope Kft.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Pedlpro Garmin Connect IQ application and its related services where applicable.

3. Data Processing

Pedlpro does not centrally store users' training data. Training data is processed primarily within the Garmin ecosystem. Where personal data is processed in connection with support services or the Pedlpro website, such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

1. Purpose

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the installation, access and use of the Pedlpro software application.

2. License Grant

Subject to these terms, Innoscope Kft. grants the end user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Pedlpro application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Permitted Use

The application may only be used in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws. Users shall comply with all documentation accompanying the software.

4. Prohibited Activities

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law, users shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell or create derivative works from the application or any part of it.

5. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, software, algorithms, the Pedalling Quality (PQ) methodology, documentation and all other intellectual property rights relating to Pedlpro remain the exclusive property of Innoscope Kft.

6. Updates

The application may receive updates, bug fixes, compatibility improvements and new features. Continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated software.

7. Termination

This license automatically terminates if the user breaches these terms. Upon termination, the user shall cease using the application and remove all installed copies where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Innoscope Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hungary unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of another jurisdiction apply.

5. User Responsibility

6. Indoor Use

Pedlpro is designed primarily for controlled indoor cycling environments. Outdoor riding conditions may influence performance metrics and reduce the comparability of measurements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Innoscope Kft. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from or related to the use of the Pedlpro application.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, graphics, documentation, trademarks and the Pedalling Quality (PQ) methodology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Innoscope Kft.
